My extensive experience  short-listing and interviewing  thousands of applicants is that understanding your leadership values and honing your narrative is critical.

My role is to provide an independent, honest sounding board to help you talk through and navigate complex issues and help you grow in a psychologically safe environment.

It starts with goal setting – this requires self-awareness, a commitment to explore your strengths, weaknesses, blind spots and hidden potential and a willingness to  make positive changes to enhance your leadership. This may encompass:

  • building confidence – in yourself and how you present to others
